Mr. Suresh Prasad is a retired police officer and advisor of the organization. As a genuine social worker, he has been engaged with numerous philanthropic activities in his career. His motto is to overcome the gap between vulnerable, deprivation, and service through stakeholders of the society, with a focus on Child Education and Women Empowerment. Under his guidance and advice, Aayer Foundation team work together to achieve the organizational goal 

Shakti has more than 10 years of professional experience in the development sector. He is a Master’s in Social work and a Graduate in Environment & Water Management. He has strength in handling large size social infrastructure, water and sanitation, education, and environment programs across India. He has also handled large professional teams scattered across geographies and has played a key role in monitoring, evaluation, audit and reporting of large social development projects.  He has been associated with national and international development organizations

Danish has more than 9 years of professional experience in Script writing, communication and social media networking. He did his Master & Bachelor in Journalism & Mass Communication and also Diploma course in  Radio Management. He worked at renowned radio stations for many years and now he is associated with Aayer Foundation as Lead- Marking and communicationl.

Anil Kumar More is leading the organization in the south. He is taking care of operations in the South. Anil More did his Master's degree in social work and has more than 9 years of experience in the development sector including CSR implementation, Integrated village Development, Vocational Skills, and the Agriculture sector. He is part of the research team in his last assignment. He has rich experience in implementation and monitoring of projects in diverse thematic areas including Skill Development, Quality Health, WASH, Quality Education, and Integrated Village Development Projects

Bhawna is leading the volunteer team and taking care of the documentation. She has done a Master of social work from Amity University. She has rich experience for work an underprivileged community. Bhawna is associated with a few NGOs and INGOs as Volunteer

Shabnam is community development expert, She has professional 15 years of expertise in project development and community engagement, administration, program and project management, staff development, and community outreach to city in Delhi NCR . She enjoy creative problem solving and getting exposure on multiple projects. Prior to that she was associated with some premium organization based out in Delhi NCR
